If you prefer to approve each appointment, requests land in your inbox with a countdown. While you decide, the time stays held; if nobody answers, the request expires and the time is released.

Questions about the features

Do I need to install anything?

No. Gestara runs in your browser and your clients book without downloading anything. You also get a mobile app for iOS and Android.

Do my clients need to create an account?

Not to book. To view or change their appointments they sign in with a magic link sent to their email, no passwords.

Can two bookings land on the same time?

No. Gestara validates every booking at the moment it is submitted: if two people pick the same time, only one gets it and the other sees other options.

Which plan do I need for each feature?

Free includes the calendar, clients, emails and basic reports. Solo adds online booking, the client portal, approvals, WhatsApp and SMS, and waitlists. Teams adds a team with roles and permissions. Each feature shows its plan.

What does «Early access» mean?

These are features that are already built and that we switch on gradually, business by business, to get every detail right before opening them to everyone.

Does it work in Spanish and English?

Yes. Gestara is available in Mexican Spanish and in English, and your clients see your page and your messages in the language you choose.
